Based on the NJC Travel Directive, Canada & USA region rates: kilometric rates effective July 1, 2026 (Appendix B) and meal/incidental allowances effective April 1, 2026 (Appendix C, 100% for the first 30 consecutive days, 75% from day 31, dropping further from day 121). These are the rates federal departments reimburse their own employees - useful for pricing travel into a bid's cost volume, not a guarantee of what a specific solicitation will pay.
